If anything happens, we want to give you a fresh start. With your homeowners insurance, we’ll pay the actual cost of replacing your possessions—regardless of age or condition—with brand new items of equal quality.

ProtectorPLUS Homeowners Deductible Forgiveness

When times are tough, we’re here to help you out. That’s why if you experience a qualifying loss of $20,000 or more, we’ll waive up to $5,000 of your homeowners insurance deductible.

Scheduled Personal Property

For homeowners who need more than $5,000 of protection for valuables, or have special valuables such as antiques or fine art, our Scheduled Personal Property coverage allows you to list items and their value for more customized protection. (Appraisals may be required.)

Depending on your state, several additional benefits and coverages may be available, such as identity theft coverage, RV insurance, and more.

^† If you are age 50 or older, once you’re insured through this Program for at least 60 days, you cannot be refused renewal as long as applicable premiums are paid when due. Also, you must continue to insure your home for at least 80% of your home’s rebuilding value, and cannot have knowingly increased your home’s hazard level.
